1. Who we are

This website is operated by MotorYards USA. "We", "us" and "our" refer to MotorYards USA. "You" refers to anyone using the site or buying from us.

2. Using the website

You may use the site to browse information and request pricing on parts. You may not use it to interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, resell its content, or submit false information. We may suspend access if the site is being misused.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices quoted by phone, email or the website are offers to sell a specific unit and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Availability changes as parts are sold, so a quote is not a guarantee that the unit remains available.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing and take payment. If a unit becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.

4. Fitment and vehicle information

We match parts using the information you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the year, make, model, engine size, drivetrain and VIN you provide. If a part does not fit because the details supplied were wrong, the return is treated as a customer-error return under our return policy.

We strongly recommend supplying a VIN and having a licensed mechanic confirm the part number before ordering.

5. Condition of used parts

All parts sold are used, previously installed components removed from donor vehicles. They will show cosmetic wear, surface corrosion, marks and aged finishes. Cosmetic condition is not a basis for a return unless the invoice states otherwise.

Mileage figures come from the supplying yard and reflect the odometer of the donor vehicle. We pass on that figure as we receive it.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full before dispatch unless we have agreed terms in writing. We accept the methods listed at checkout or quoted by the parts desk. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

Chargebacks raised without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be contested with the documentation from your order.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Freight timelines depend on the carrier, the distance from the supplying yard and the delivery location. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you supplied.

Most deliveries are curbside. Unloading is your responsibility unless liftgate or inside delivery was purchased. Residential and limited-access deliveries may carry additional carrier charges.

8. Installation

Parts must be installed by a licensed repair facility. Installing a part yourself or having it fitted by an unlicensed installer voids the warranty. The customer is responsible for replacing all fluids, filters, seals and service items at installation and for correcting the underlying fault that caused the original failure.

9. Warranty and returns

Warranty terms, return windows, restocking fees and the claim process are set out in our return policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the invoice and the return policy differ, the invoice controls.

10. Disclaimer of other warranties

Except for the express limited warranty described in our return policy, parts are sold without any other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the part. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labor costs, towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost wages, lost profits or damage to other vehicle components.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or the installation or use of a part contrary to these terms or manufacturer procedures.

13. Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to MotorYards USA and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Manufacturer names, model names and part numbers appear for identification only. MotorYards USA is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

14. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

15. Communications

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your quote or order by call, text or email. Calls may be recorded. Marketing messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last revision. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
